FAQ's
- What kind of music do you play?
My library is extensive,
but you will not find Country and or Western in it (that I am
aware of). I have broken the music down into genre's as
much as I can. Some artists have multiple types of styles
of playing. If you do not agree with the classifications,
just let me know what artist is mis-classified and I will put
them in the appropriate spot. I have used Wiki-pedia as a
major factor in my classifications.
- What kind of software do I need to listen to your
broadcasts?
I have tested out my broadcasts with Realplayer
and Windows Media Player. I do know that both of those
players work with the Windows Media Services that I'm using to
power my services. I'm sure if I had a better
understanding of Linux, I might be able to come up with a much
better system, but this suffices for my needs.
- There are lots of radio stations online, why should I listen
to yours?
Unless you are a friend, you probably shouldn't
listen to mine. I'm doing this for all my cubicle ridden
friends that exist across the globe who may or may not have had
the wonderful influences that I have.
- I want to create my own show and have it on your station,
how do I do that?
Easy - Email me or better yet call me.
We'll get together for a beer or foodstuff's and go over your
ideas. What, don't have that info? Refer back to the
friend part, if you know me then you probably know someone that
has that info.
- I don't want to do a show, but I do have a business and
wouldn't mind a little bit of publicity. Any way I can get
you to push my warez?
I love to help out friends. It's
my thing. So, if you own a business and want to create a
radio promo I'll be happy to put it up on the site. Look
for a webpage with business links soon.
- One more question: Why?
Why Not? The world is
round, the universe vast and immense, and the odds in Vegas are
against you. If I could do something that I enjoy, then I
should. Hopefully, you gain some pleasure from this as
well.
